Do Hair Growth Products Work?

...

In the past, you would be forgiven for thinking that hair growth products didn't work. Most of them didn't. Companies would prey upon those people who were dealing with thinning hair. They made them believe that everything would be okay again with a couple of applications of their miracle elixir.

However, thankfully, we live in different times. While some hair growth products don't work, plenty on the market do. Although, do bear in mind that not all thinning hair or baldness issues can be solved.

To save you a bit of time dealing with products that don't work, we suggest you check out a list of hair growth products that do.

Do Hair Growth Products Work?

Absolutely! As we said, some products don't work. However, many products on the market do. You just need to steer yourself towards the products that have received genuine reviews from people.

Sadly, we want to point out that not all hair loss is curable. You may be able to slow the effects of hair loss using the right products, but chances are that you won't eliminate the problem.

If your hair loss is due to hereditary factors, you will probably just be slowing down the loss. If the hair loss is due to nutritional deficiencies, stress, or anxiety, you could boost your hair growth reasonably quickly with the right combination of products. In fact, with the right products (and managing your overall health), you may eliminate hair loss.

What You Should Look For In Hair Growth Products

As we said, your main goal is to look for products that have been reviewed well. If you stumble across a random product online, chances are it doesn't work. If you find a product in a store or that has been reviewed by real people dealing with hair loss, you are probably on to a winner.

In our experience, if the hair growth product contains a few of the following ingredients, it tends to be a good product. This is because all of these ingredients have been scientifically proven to help combat hair loss:

  • Biotin
  • Caffeine (great for stimulating hair growth)
  • Niacin
  • Collagen
  • Iron
  • Zinc
  • MSM
  • Ginseng
  • Horsetail
  • Saw Palmetto

Do bear in mind that the first product that you use may not always help you out. The human body is pretty complicated, and there are several reasons a person could be dealing with hair loss. So, don't worry if you have to try out 2 to 3 different products. This is pretty common. You will eventually find something that works for you. However, once again, we want to point out that you should only focus on products proven to work. Don't buy something that bills itself as a miracle cure. We don't think we have ever found a product that genuinely works here.

Conclusion

Hair loss or hair thinning can be devastating to deal with. However, thankfully, there are now more products than ever to help combat it. Make sure you read product reviews and check out various products. You will eventually find one that helps to combat your hair loss.

Remember, there will be some hair loss that can't be reversed e.g. genetic alopecia. However, with the right hair growth product, you can help to keep that total hair loss at bay for as long as possible.
