The majority of mental health disorders among college students take place due to excessive stress, living away from home, having to manage financial challenges, and facing peer pressure. According to statistics, 73% of college students experience one of the mental health crisis types during the course of their studies with many of the learners reporting feeling depressed. The depression cases alone have increased from 36% in 2019 to 41% at the end of 2021. The reasons for these remain the same, yet we have the additional stress of remote learning and having to cope with a different environment.

- Depression.
